“Tzen Mochi Co., Ltd.” provides services for Tzen Mochi (https://www.tzen1314.com) in accordance with these Terms of Service. By using the Tzen Mochi website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this agreement. Tzen Mochi reserves the right to modify or amend the contents of this agreement at any time, and it is recommended that you review these modifications or amendments regularly. Your continued use of Tzen Mochi after any modifications or amendments constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to accept those changes.
If you are under the age of twenty, in addition to complying with the provisions above, your parent (or guardian) must read, understand, and agree to all the contents of this agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments before you may use or continue to use Tzen Mochi. By using or continuing to use the Tzen Mochi website, you confirm that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments.
Your Registration Obligations
To use this service, you agree to the following:

Maintain and update your personal information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete.
If you provide any false or inaccurate information, Tzen Mochi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of this service.

Your membership registration and other specific information are protected and governed by the company’s “Privacy Policy.”
Member Account, Password, and Security
Upon completing the registration process for this service, you will receive a password and an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and account.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your password and account. Additionally, you agree to the following:
If your password or account is stolen or if any other security issues occur, you will immediately notify Tzen Mochi via phone or email.
After each session, you will log out and properly terminate the use of your account.
User's Legal Obligations and Commitments
You agree not to use the Tzen Mochi website for any illegal purposes or in any unlawful manner and commit to complying with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan) as well as all international internet usage practices.
If you are a user outside the Republic of China, you agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your respective country or region.
You agree and guarantee not to engage in any activities through this service that infringe on the rights of others or violate the law, including but not limited to:
- Publishing or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, obscene, indecent, false, or unlawful text, images, or any form of files that disrupt public order or morality.
- Infringing on others’ reputations, privacy rights, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
- Violating confidentiality obligations as required by law or contracts.
- Impersonating others to use this service.
- Transmitting or distributing computer viruses or sending spam emails.
- Engaging in other activities deemed inappropriate by Tzen Mochi.
Tzen Mochi reserves the right to add, modify, or terminate related activities as deemed necessary and will notify members in the most appropriate manner. Members must comply; otherwise, Tzen Mochi reserves the right to take appropriate actions as necessary.
Tzen Mochi has the right to suspend or discontinue services without liability for compensation under the following circumstances:
- When electronic communication equipment on the Tzen Mochi website requires necessary maintenance or construction.
- When unexpected electronic communication equipment failures occur.
- When the electronic communication services requested by the Tzen Mochi website are suspended and cannot provide services.
- When services cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The software or programs used by Tzen Mochi, along with all content on the website—including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website structures, webpage layouts, and designs—are owned by Tzen Mochi or other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property rights. These include but are not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies.
No individual may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software, programs, or website content without prior written consent from Tzen Mochi or other rights holders.
If you wish to cite or reproduce any part of the software, programs, or website content mentioned above, you must obtain prior written permission from Tzen Mochi or other rights holders. Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation. Any violation will hold you liable for damages to Tzen Mochi, including but not limited to litigation fees and attorney fees.
Your Authorization to Tzen Mochi
For any personal data you register or provide, you agree that Tzen Mochi is authorized to collect, process, store, transmit, and use such data within a reasonable scope. This includes providing additional information or services to users, generating member statistics, conducting research or studies on online behavior, or for any other lawful purposes.
If you do not have the legal rights to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or publicly display certain content—and to sublicense such rights to third parties—you must not upload, transmit, input, or provide such content to Tzen Mochi.
Once you upload, transmit, input, or provide any content to Tzen Mochi, it is deemed that you have unconditionally granted Tzen Mochi the rights to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, and publicly display such content, as well as to sublicense these rights to others. You agree to waive any objections to this.
You further guarantee that Tzen Mochi’s use, modification, reproduction, public broadcasting, adaptation, distribution, publication, public display, or sublicensing of such content will not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. If any infringement occurs, you agree to take full responsibility and indemnify Tzen Mochi for any damages (including but not limited to litigation fees and attorney fees).
Refusal or Termination of Your Use
You agree that Tzen Mochi may, for the purpose of maintaining transaction security, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), or access to this service for any reason, including but not limited to prolonged inactivity, low usage frequency, or violation of the explicit provisions or spirit of these Terms of Service. Tzen Mochi may also remove and delete any “Member Content” within the service.
Furthermore, Tzen Mochi may terminate the service or any part of it at any time after notifying you by phone or email. In the event of termination, you agree that Tzen Mochi will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequences resulting from the termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as any disputes related to it, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be resolved in the first instance by the Hualien District Court in Taiwan.
