⟁ Return/Exchange Policy

Please be sure to open the box immediately after receiving the goods to confirm whether there are any problems with the goods. Please call customer service as soon as possible to handle returns/exchanges. If you need to return/exchange goods, be sure to keep the complete packaging of the goods and the original invoice. If it exceeds the time limit or is incomplete Original packaging and invoices cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

⟁ Invoice Issuance Process Description

When you proceed to checkout, you can choose the invoice issuance method as follows:
1. Choose the two-part electronic invoice: the original invoice will be delivered with the goods.
2. Use the vehicle barcode to issue an invoice.
3. Donation (Charity Code): The prize will be redeemed by the Finance and Taxation Center and remitted to the account of the charity group.
＊If no selection is made, the original invoice will be delivered with the goods by default.

The entire range of traditional mochi is fresh food. Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless the product itself is defective.
