Sachima is a kind of traditional Chinese dessert. It was made by flour. Knead the dough and then deep fry it. Then glaze with the maltose. But Tzen’s made a small twist on it. We use black sugar to take the maltose’s place, and create Tzen’s black sugar sachima.
