Seaweed Flavored Sachima

NT$139

Sachima is named after a Qing Dynasty chef who was annoyed by a general who loved to eat new snacks. In order to meet the general’s needs, he created Sachima. After the evolution of time, Sachima is divided into two types: soft and hard. The hard Sachima has a crispy texture and a complicated process. The crispy and sweet hard Sachima is wrapped with specially selected fragrant seaweed powder. You can see the flakes of seaweed dancing on the Sachima. The salty aroma of seaweed and the sweetness of maltose are intertwined, plus the aroma of dates, it is a popular traditional delicacy.
